Growth Generalist (Contract)
Good Speech is a storytelling studio. We are looking for a Growth Generalist to support project-based work across our client roster.
$40/hr, up to ~10 hrs/wk.
Remote, but LA-based is preferred.
What you'll do:
Run paid programs. Build and manage campaigns across the major ad platforms, handle daily and monthly spend, think in funnels, and report results.
Produce creative and write content. Design ads, edit clips, create brand assets, calendar socials, draft email sequences, newsletters, and blogs. This is the generalist part :D
Who you are:
Open to all kinds of experience! Maybe you're early in your marketing career, freelancing or building toward it, with some real time on your hands.
You write well and trust your creative instincts. AI tooling is already part of how you work. Startups and nonprofits are the kind of clients you're excited to work with.
